Dermal Fillers

Dermal Fillers are very popular treatments used to address skin conditions; such as deep lines, wrinkles and volume loss. This skin rejuvenation treatment is versatile and suitable for contouring and lifting the face.

Dermal Fillers are injected into the skin to give your face a natural volume, leaving your skin hydrated and more youthful.

Dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring molecule found within our skin. They work by replacing lost volume in the face making our skin more plump, hydrated and defined. When injected under the skin, dermal fillers help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles that appear at rest.

The beauty of dermal fillers is that they also boost the production of our natural collagen and which continues to improve. Dermal fillers can also be used to reshape and beautify various features of our face.

Most  dermal fillers last for 6-18 months depending on your lifestyle and type of dermal filler used.

We only use FDA approved products such as Juvederm® and RHA®. The products we choose to use depends on your budget and the desired outcome. All our products are sourced from UK licensed pharmaceutical wholesalers .

The products we use are completely reversible and can be dissolved should you experience an unpleasant effect or result.

The results are almost immediate but continue to improve over the next 2 weeks.

Dermal filler injections should not be used:

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• If you have had a previous allergic reaction to dermal fillers

If you have an ongoing infection, the breakout of acne or cold sores then it is best to reschedule treatment for when you are better.

If you are on certain medications such as blood thinning medication e.g. aspirin, warfarin or on steroids or Roaccutane® then is best to seek medical advice from your doctor before planning such treatments.
